Ren Smith has over two decades of experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as the Director of Financial Accounting at Thompson Engineering since July 2016. Prior roles include Accounting Manager at Randall L. Sansom, CPA, PA, and Senior Accounting Manager at NWF Consulting. Ren also has experience as a Senior Staff Accountant at Taylor, Powell, Wilson & Hartford, PA, and a Staff Tax Accountant at Killebrew and Moss. Earlier career positions include Staff Accountant at Qualified Plan Administrators, Inc., and Corporate Staff Accountant at Staple Cotton. Ren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Delta State University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
