Ashley S. has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Ashley started their career in 2000 as a Project Coordinator/Supervisor at Sureway Construction Group Ltd., where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined North American Construction Group as an Estimator and stayed until 2010. Since 2010, Ashley has been working at Thompson Bros. (CONSTR.) LP, starting as a Project Manager until 2017, then becoming a Construction Manager until 2019, and currently holding the position of Project Director. Ashley has gained expertise in various roles and has progressed in their career within the construction industry.

Ashley S. has a diverse education history. In 2003-2005, they attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) and earned a degree in Civil Engineering Technology. Following that, from 2010-2011, Ashley pursued a Project Management certificate, also at NAIT. In 2011-2012, they furthered their education at NAIT by completing a Quality Assurance Management Certificate. Most recently, in 2019, Ashley participated in the Management Essentials Program at the University of Alberta.
