Wesley Mancoff has a extensive work experience spanning multiple companies in the engineering field. Wesley is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Thomas Processing LLC since August 2018. Before that, they served as the President of Thomas Packaging, LLC from September 2016 to August 2018. Wesley was also the President of Service Industries, LLC from May 2012 to September 2016, where they were responsible for company operations. Prior to that, they held various roles at Thomas Engineering Inc, including VP of Operations, VP Engineering, Chief Engineer, and Design Engineer, where they oversaw different aspects of engineering and product development for coating equipment. Wesley'sexperience includes managing teams, working with customers, and providing technical support.

Wesley Mancoff completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering at Harvey Mudd College from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at Northern Illinois University between 1997 and 2000.
