Spencer Mundy, CEC, is an experienced professional in the food service and hospitality sector with over 20 years of multi-unit management expertise. Currently serving as District Manager at Thomas Cuisine since October 2024, Spencer has a proven track record in leading teams, optimizing operations, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Parallelly, as Managing Partner at Rise Vibe Real Estate Investing since March 2022, Spencer focuses on community support initiatives, particularly in affordable housing and homelessness. Previous roles include District Manager at Taher, Inc. and SAGE Dining Services, where leadership and employee coaching were prominent responsibilities. Spencer’s experience also encompasses senior culinary roles at Unidine and Sysco, as well as an Executive Chef position at Sodexo. Spencer holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes, completed in 2004.
