Michelle Fisk is an experienced professional in land development and urban planning, currently serving as the Director of Land Development at Thomas James Homes since February 2022. Previously, Michelle held the role of Forward Planning/Land Development Manager at Pulte Group, Inc. from July 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing residential infill projects and processing discretionary entitlements. Prior to that, Michelle served as a Sr. Forward Planner at KB Home, focusing on project design and entitlements for various residential and commercial developments. Michelle's career began at Charles W. Davidson Co., where a long tenure included roles as Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Planning Manager, as well as Senior Engineer and Senior Planner. Michelle Fisk holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning from San Jose State University, obtained between 1990 and 1999.
