Dr Luke Treglown has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of data science and psychology. Dr Luke is currently the Director of Data Science at Thomas, where they lead the data strategy and oversees a team of data scientists. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager of Data Science, where they developed and implemented machine learning and AI features for the company's product. Before joining Thomas, Dr Treglown worked as a Principal Data Psychologist, combining psychological theory with data science to develop products and conduct experiments. Dr Luke has also held positions as a Lead Statistician and a Statistician and Research Analyst. Additionally, they have experience in academia, working as a Lecturer and Academic Supervisor at UCL, where they supervised students and supported academic publications. Dr Luke Treglown obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Bath in 2015. Dr Luke went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in The Psychology of Employee Disenchantment at UCL from 2015 to 2019.
