Priya R has extensive experience in customer service and content quality management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Thomson Digital, a position held since April 2016. Prior roles at Thomson Digital include Head of Editorial Services and Manager of Copy Editing, where Priya R focused on managing staff, planning and evaluating departmental activities, and ensuring quality service through the enforcement of standards and the resolution of customer service issues. Priya R holds an MSc in Chemistry from The Ethiraj College for Women.
