Richard Santiago is an experienced information technology professional, currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist at Thomas Construction Group since March 2022 and as an IT Manager at CMIT Solutions, Inc. since March 2019. In addition to these roles, Richard has been an IT Instructor at Miller-Motte Technical College since October 2016, promoting effective student learning through well-structured classes and assessments. Previously, Richard worked as an IT Program Director and Lead IT Instructor at Wounded Warrior Project, where training focused on computer maintenance, networking, and security. Richard's military background includes service as an Infantryman and Psychological Operations Specialist in the U.S. Army and as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. Richard holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Campbell University.
