William Bonney serves as the Deputy Chief of Police at the Waterville, Maine, Police Department and holds a position as an Adjunct Instructor of Criminal Justice at Thomas College since January 2017, where courses include Introduction to Criminal Justice and Criminal Investigations. William Bonney graduated from the FBI National Academy in 2018 and earned a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University in 2014, following a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine, completed in 1998.
