Joshua B. Pugh, M.B.A. and LSS Green Belt, currently serves as the National Account Manager at Thomas & Skinner, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, Joshua held the position of Director of Sales for Indianapolis at Tish Flooring from 2017 to 2023 and spent 16 years at Sherwin-Williams in various roles, including Commercial Flooring Manager for both Central and Northern Indiana, Southern Indiana, and Operations Manager. Joshua's career began in the United States Air Force, where Joshua B. worked in Aerospace/ Propulsion from 1992 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of Southern Indiana, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University.
