Alok Basani is a Vice President at Thoma Bravo, specializing in software growth equity since 2021. In addition to this role, Alok has taken on various investor positions, leading significant funding rounds such as a $70 million Series C for AppOmni, a $100 million Series D for Imply, and a $420 million Series F for project44. Alok has also co-led a $200 million Series C for Paradox and led investments in Personetics, Pendo.io, and Wiz, among others. Alok's previous experience includes key investments resulting in major acquisitions, such as a $2 billion acquisition of Forescout Technologies Inc. and a $3 billion acquisition of Conservice. Alok holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
