Andy Shovel is currently the co-founder and co-CEO of THIS. Prior to THIS, Andy was a co-founder at Social Climbing and at Chosen Bun. At McDonald's Corporation, Andy was a crew member. Andy founded Recruitment Squared in 2009.

Andy Shovel has a business and geography degree from Nottingham University Business School. Andy has worked in business and geography for many years, and is currently a business consultant.
