Ibrahim Afzal is a skilled Lead UX Designer at This is Milk Limited since January 2024, where significant contributions include enhancing course creation user experiences and increasing brand engagement. Prior to this role, Ibrahim worked as a Product Designer at Sparx Learning, creating intuitive user experiences for educators and students. Experience also includes a tenure at Al-Farooq Education and Community Centre, developing educational materials for children, and serving as a UX/UI Designer at LightUpp, focusing on research-led processes for app development. Additionally, Ibrahim contributed to user experience design with NHS and Glasgow School of Art, and engaged in packaging design for Thameen perfumes at The Product Office Limited.
