Lexi Hampton has had a diverse work experience. In 2012, they were Co-Founder of ThirdLeaf NW. Prior to that, they worked as a Telephone Interviewer for WSU Innovation and Research Engagement from 2011. In the same year, they also had an internship as an Operations Assistant at Naval Dental Branch Clinic, where they worked closely with the Advanced Dental Program Director and created and organized annual agendas for 14 dentist interns, created the website for their program, formed e-mails and made telephone calls.

Lexi Hampton attended Washington State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in Sociology. Prior to that, they attended Bainbridge Island High School from 2004 to 2008. Lexi also attended Italian Public School in Sardinia, Italy from 1997 to 2001.
