Christopher Llewellyn is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Manager of Environmental Services at Third Coast since March 2024. Prior roles include Natural Resource Permitting Project Manager at AtkinsRéalis and Permitting Project Manager at Environmental Solutions & Innovations, Inc., where programmatic approaches to environmental compliance for energy clients were developed. Christopher has extensive experience as a Senior Environmental Analyst at TC Energy, leading a notable biodiversity program across the US and Canada, and as an Environmental Planner for the Houston-Galveston Area Council, assisting local governments with environmental governance. Early career experience includes managing coastal sustainability projects as an Environmental Scientist with the US Environmental Protection Agency. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Fisheries from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries from Texas A&M University.
