Noor Alabdulkarim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Deputy in the Commercial Sector at THIQAH Business Services and an Angel Investor at both WomenSpark and Saudi Angel Investors, Noor actively contributes to the growth of the digital economy and supports emerging entrepreneurs. An adjunct lecturer at Princess Nora University, Noor teaches "Business Incubation" while also being a founding member of the CellA+ Network, a nonprofit initiative for empowering professional Saudi women. Previous roles include Director of Government Engagement for Visa and Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships at the Social Development Bank, among others. Noor holds an MBA from King Saud University and various professional certifications in entrepreneurship and business incubation.
