Shantanu Srivastava is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including capacity building, sustainability, and public affairs. Currently serving as Team Leader at the Capacity Building Commission, Shantanu also leads initiatives at Thinkthrough Consulting and offers advisory expertise at Radius Think Tank. As the founder and CEO of CreateBox, Shantanu has demonstrated entrepreneurial prowess since 2008. Previous significant positions include Chief Executive Officer at Greentech Infra Pvt. Ltd. and Associate Director at CUTS International, where Shantanu was instrumental in enhancing self-governance within civil society. Shantanu's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and degrees in Journalism, Systems Management, and Economics from the University of Rajasthan, complemented by a certificate in French.
