Aneesh K S is a seasoned HR and Learning & Development professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as HR - Learning & Organization Development at ThinkPalm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since September 2023, Aneesh previously held the position of Lead Learning at Flipkart, where responsibilities included managing training programs for a team of 12 trainers. Prior to Flipkart, Aneesh was Senior HR- Training at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, overseeing training for a pharmacy division. Experience also includes launching an office for an IT company in Infopark, serving as Head-Consulting & Training at Wintech Global, founding Wisewords Organization Consulting, and working as a Senior Consultant for Bramma Learning Solutions.
