Senior Project Control Officer at Thinkmax

Maxime Callais has a diverse work experience history. Maxime is currently employed at Thinkmax as a Senior Project Control Officer, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Maxime worked as a Project Control Officer at Thinkmax from November 2020 to December 2022. Maxime also served as a Supply Chain Consultant at Thinkmax from November 2018 to November 2020.

Maxime has also held various positions outside of Thinkmax. Maxime was involved with the Polytechnique Student Association where they served as a Governor from September 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they supervised the Student Board and ensured the long-term vision of the association.

Another work experience includes working at Pharmaprix. Maxime worked as a Postal Counter Assistant Manager from December 2017 to June 2018, where they supervised postal counter clerks and dealt with customer inquiries. Maxime also worked as a Post Office clerk at Pharmaprix from October 2017 to December 2017, where they provided customer service and managed the inventory of the postal counter.

In addition, Maxime has experience in the publishing industry. Maxime held multiple roles at Le Polyscope, a student newspaper at the University of Montreal. Maxime served as President of the 50th anniversary of Le Polyscope from May 2016 to February 2017, where they organized events and conferences. Maxime also served as President of Le Polyscope from April 2014 to April 2016, where they managed a team of over twenty people and represented the newspaper on various boards.

In 2014, Maxime worked at Poly-Monde as a Publishing Team Leader, where they contributed to a comparative study between Canada and South Korea in the transport and information technology sectors. Maxime was responsible for creating official documents and supervising the publication of reports.

Prior to that, Maxime had an internship at NTN-SNR Roulements, a leading automotive bearings manufacturer in Europe, where they worked in the GMP & Équipement department.

Maxime also has experience in promotional and event marketing. Maxime worked as a Promotional agent/Brand ambassador at Groupe Promo-Staff RTM from February 2011 to June 2013, promoting and selling new products during promotional campaigns and events.

Lastly, Maxime worked briefly as a Warehouseman at Leviton in July and August 2009.

Maxime Callais began their education in 2006 at Collège Beaubois, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2009. Maxime then attended Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf from 2009 to 2011 and earned a Diploma of College Studies in Applied Sciences. Maxime pursued their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they also had a study abroad experience in 2012 at Uppsala University. Maxime furthered their education by completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2013. Finally, in 2017-2018, they attended HEC Montréal to obtain a Postgraduate Degree (DESS) in Management.
