Swathi Pillai is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and customer relationship management. Currently serving as an Application Specialist at ThinkLP since December 2024, Swathi previously worked as a CRM Administrator at Hybrid Financial Ltd. from November 2021 to December 2024 and held positions as a Senior Associate and IT Analyst at HSBC between June 2013 and August 2019. Swathi's educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in IT Network Security and a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Application Security, both obtained from Conestoga College, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavans Vivekananda College of Science, Humanities & Commerce.
