Kaitlin Alexander has a diverse range of work experience in the education field. Kaitlin started their career as a Reading Teacher at New Springs Charter School from 2013 to 2016. Kaitlin then worked as a Language Arts Teacher at Learning Gate Community School in 2016 and as a Virtual English Teacher at K12 from 2017 to 2019. Kaitlin also worked at Beyond BookSmart as an Executive Function Coach from 2018 to 2019, where they empowered students to improve their academic performance and personal growth. At Outschool, they were responsible for developing engaging courses and delivering them, resulting in a 30% improvement in students' writing proficiency scores. From 2021 to 2022, Kaitlin served as a College Essay Writing Coach at UCEazy Inc., helping students increase their acceptance rates to their target universities and improve their essay scores. Kaitlin then worked at the Springboard Collaborative from 2020 to 2023 as a Program Coach, where they achieved significant reading growth for children and designed materials for literacy and family engagement. Kaitlin also worked at Academica as a Global Online Teacher from 2019, impacting international language learners through curriculum consulting and designing engaging lessons. Currently, they are a Course Facilitator at Noble Education Initiative, starting from 2023.

Kaitlin Alexander's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Florida State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2009. Kaitlin then went on to the University of South Florida, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Reading Teacher Education from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Kaitlin obtained several certifications from The Florida Department of Education, including ESOL Academic Coverage (K-12), Education: Professional Educator Certificate (English 6-12), Education: Professional Educator Certificate (Social Science 6-12), and Reading (K-12).

More recently, in 2020, Kaitlin enrolled in graduate studies at Florida International University and is currently pursuing further education in the field of Education.
