Quin Severo currently serves as a Community Responder at Think of Us since September 2024, focusing on community engagement and support. Prior experience includes roles at Chrysalis as a Senior Employment Specialist and Employment Specialist, where Quin provided tailored employment services to clients on felony probation experiencing homelessness, managing a caseload and maintaining detailed program data. Previous positions span various sectors, including a Therapeutic Instructor for children with autism, House Manager at Bluffs Sober Living, and Nanny in the Private Household Industry. Quin also held roles in retail and education, including Gallery Assistant, Barista, Seasonal Sales Associate, and Private Tutor. Quin's education includes a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Puget Sound.
