Marcus Hobbs possesses extensive experience in community engagement and social justice initiatives. Currently serving as Community Impact Manager for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, Marcus manages the Advancing Black Homeownership Initiative. As the Founder of Project X LB, Marcus is dedicated to fostering community progress through transformative justice and youth engagement. In addition, Marcus has worked as a Realtor with Think Boutiq Real Estate and has contributed as a Youth Counselor and Board member for Leadership Long Beach. Previously, Marcus served as an Educational Consultant for LBUSD Male Leadership Academy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master of Social Work from Howard University.
