Grant Litschner is an experienced finance systems professional with a strong background in managing technology and transformation initiatives across various roles. Currently serving as Manager of Group Finance Systems and Lead Business Analyst at Thiess since September 2021, Grant oversees a team focused on agile software development and technology implementations. Prior to this, Grant held several positions at CIMIC Group Limited, including Senior JDE Business Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed ERP Gap Analysis, data migration strategies, and cloud infrastructure transformations. Earlier career experience includes roles at Leighton Contractors and Thiess, where Grant contributed to major projects involving system enhancements and business process improvements. Grant holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting) and Information Systems from Australian Catholic University, along with a Master's degree in Information Technology (Enterprise Systems) from Queensland University of Technology.
