Christina Gunther-Murphy currently serves as Chief Campaign Officer at THI - The Health Initiative since March 2022. Prior to this role, Christina held various positions at IHI from April 2007 to February 2022, including Vice President, Head of Operational Excellence, Executive Director, Director, Director of Hospital Portfolio Operations, and Manager of the 5 Million Lives Campaign. Christina's earlier experience includes working as Project Director, Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, and Project Coordinator at the National Institute for Children's Health Quality (NICHQ) from July 2004 to April 2007. Christina holds a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Political Science, and Public Policy from UCLA.
