Rebecca Batts possesses extensive experience in the beauty buying sector, currently serving as Head of Buying for THG Beauty and overseeing buying operations for LOOKFANTASTIC and Cult Beauty since October 2020. Previously, Rebecca was a Senior Buying Manager at Dufry Group and held various roles at THG, including Senior Buyer and Buyer, from October 2013 to February 2017. Early career highlights include a Junior Buyer position at Harrods and an Associate Buyer role at QVC, as well as an initial experience as an European Immigration Administrator at The Home Office. Rebecca holds a BSC (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Science from the University of Brighton, awarded in 2004.
