Ella Bailey is an experienced Ecommerce Manager at THG Ingenuity, having progressed through roles including Senior Ecommerce Executive and Graduate Ecommerce Executive since September 2021. Prior to this, Ella served as a Customer Consultant at The Body Shop from September 2020 to July 2021 and worked as a Marketing Communications Intern at Schwan-STABILO Cosmetics GmbH & Co. KG from July 2019 to August 2020. Ella also gained customer service experience as a Customer Consultant at The Body Shop from October 2017 to May 2019 and worked as a Barista at Boswells Group from July 2016 to September 2017. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management and Modern Languages (German) from the University of Bath, completed in 2021.
