Anna Zabelina is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, innovation, and customer experience management. Currently serving as a Mentor at TheWays, Anna previously held significant roles at Helpware, including Director of Strategy and Innovation, where responsibilities included implementing new processes for a global workforce and developing a digitalization strategy. Anna also served as Director of CX Excellence & Digital CX, focusing on AI integration and service portfolio expansion. Before joining Helpware, Anna was Head of Customer Care at Brainstack_, overseeing a large department and achieving key business objectives. Earlier roles include Continuous Improvement Lead, Quality Analyst, and Customer Support Representative at Helpware, as well as various positions at Zoom Support, where contributions led to the development of quality assurance systems and performance enhancements.
