Rene Oswaldo Garcia Gomez has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and game development. Rene Oswaldo began their career as a Co-founder and Developer at E-centric LLC, where they worked on designing and developing various systems and gameplay mechanics using C# and Unity. Rene Oswaldo also handled business-related tasks such as setting up the company and communicating with lawyers, bankers, and contract workers. Rene then went on to start their own indie development company, Queix, LLC, where they served as a Founder and Developer. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing systems and gameplay mechanics using C# and Unity, as well as handling business tasks like bookkeeping, investor management, and communication with legal and financial professionals. After their entrepreneurial endeavors, Rene worked as a Unity Developer at Midverse Studios, Inc., where they contributed to the development of games such as Penny Dreadful Demimonde and Grimm Cards of Fate. Rene Oswaldo was involved in tasks like porting games to different platforms, migrating games to different hosting services, and implementing various game mechanics like server-side/client-side communication and trading systems. Following this, Rene joined SLIVER.tv as a Unity Software Engineer, focusing on Unity software development. Most recently, they joined Theta Labs, Inc. as a Backend Engineer, where they utilize their skills and expertise in backend development.

Rene Oswaldo Garcia Gomez completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Foothill College from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2011 to 2014.
