Nicholette Cotton serves as the Regional Director of Recruitment for the Midwest at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, a position held since April 2017, where the focus is on transforming therapeutic and behavioral health care services for children with special needs and Autism. Prior to this role, Nicholette Cotton was the National Career Services Manager for School Based Staffing and Recruiting at the American College for Medical Careers from May 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing career services as the Director of Career Services.
