Jennifer Hillhouse started their work experience as a volunteer contributor at LondonFuse in September 2017. Jennifer then became a heritage writer from May 2018 to August 2018. In March 2019, Jennifer worked as a freelance writer at The Content Company - Toronto until April 2020. Starting from June 2019, they joined Hive Media Group as a content writer, and later became a content marketing & optimization specialist from April 2020 to April 2023. Currently, Jennifer is working as a user experience researcher at theScore since May 2023.

Jennifer Hillhouse attended A.N. Myer Secondary School from 2011 to 2015 and graduated with a degree in Physical Sciences. Jennifer then went on to attend Western University from 2015 to 2019, but the degree and field of study are not specified. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Information in User Experience Design at the University of Toronto from 2022 to 2024.
