Kaitlyn Marra is a scientist currently working at Thermo Fisher Scientific since January 2024, specializing in functional service partnership at Incyte in downstream processing. Previous experience includes positions as an associate scientist and junior associate scientist at Chimeron Bio from June 2022 to September 2023, as well as serving as the bioprinting lead at Health Design Lab from September 2021 to April 2022. Kaitlyn also worked as a laboratory teaching assistant at Thomas Jefferson University and completed a process development internship at the Jefferson Institute for Bioprocessing. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Thomas Jefferson University, a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, and an Associate of Science in Biology from Bucks County Community College. Research experience includes investigating the stability and functionality of structural domains in noncoding RNA through molecular dynamics simulations during studies at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
