Jenifer Menezes is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple regions and companies. Currently serving as Human Resources Leader for Centers of Excellence at Thermo Fisher Scientific since July 2024, Jenifer previously held the position of HR Director for South Asia, Middle East & Africa, and N&H Engineering at SPX FLOW, Inc. from May 2020 to July 2024. Jenifer's HR journey began at QuEST Global, where roles ranged from Deputy Manager to Manager of Human Resources from August 2011 to May 2020, encompassing the APAC regions. Early in the career at QuEST Global, positions included Senior Officer in Learning & Development and HR Executive, with a focus on various HR functions including training, consultant management, and employee relations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Srinivas Institute of Management Studies and a B.Sc. in Microbiology from St. Agnes College.
