Arjen van der Veer is a Senior Transformation Consultant at Prowareness, with experience in various consulting roles for organizations such as Deltares, Heliview Conferences & Training, and ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance. With a background as a Scrum Master and Coach, Arjen has successfully guided organizations in adopting agile methodologies and implementing effective processes. Arjen also has experience in project management and ISO 27001 implementation at StandBy Solutions, alongside working as a representative for Corendon and GOfun and coaching students in high schools. Arjen holds a Master of Science in Management of Innovation from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Groningen, complemented by an international study experience at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
