Santosh Gurjar, P.E. has over seven years of work experience in the engineering field. Santosh began their career in 2014 as a Structural Engineer at Amruta Associates. In 2016, they became a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they tested the seismic behavior of new configurations for squat shear walls, coupler beams, and reinforced concrete columns for earthquake-resistant design of R.C. structures. In 2017, they moved on to Fibrebond as a Structural Engineer. In 2020, they joined Sarab Structural and Civil LLC as a Structural and Civil Design Engineer. Currently, they are employed as a Design Engineer at Thermo Bond Buildings.

Santosh Gurjar, P.E. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2014. Santosh then went on to earn a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2017. In January 2017, they also obtained a Fundamentals Of Engineering (FE Civil) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
