Datta Dhore is an experienced Innovation Technologist at Thermax Limited since August 2022, with a background that includes key roles in process optimization and engineering. Prior experience includes a Process Engineering Internship at Indorama Synthetics, where Datta focused on manufacturing processes related to Draw Textured Yarn, Partially Oriented Yarn, and Fully Drawn Yarn. A Chemical Engineering Internship at Olinda Paints Private Limited involved optimizing paint manufacturing processes to reduce costs.
