Dayna O'Brien holds a Master's Degree in Diplomacy & International Commerce from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Centre College. Currently serving as the Engineering Administrative Manager at ThermalTech Engineering since March 2023, Dayna previously contributed to the European American Chamber of Commerce in Cincinnati in various roles, including Director of Operations & Member Services, Operations Manager, and Event & Communication Coordinator from October 2015 to February 2023. Dayna's experience also includes working as a Business Analyst in Competitive Intelligence at First Data Corporation, where industry data in the payments sector was researched and reported, along with market research for executive teams. Earlier roles include a volunteer position with the USO, resort staff for the Department of Defense, and an internship with the U.S. Commercial Service focused on international trade.
