Dawn Reswik has extensive experience in customer success and management roles across various industries. At OutboundEngine, from July 2020 to October 2023, Dawn served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer engagement, technical support, and account management, achieving high customer satisfaction and exceeding performance targets. Prior to that, Dawn held multiple positions at Coldwell Banker from August 2019 to October 2022, including Customer Success Manager II and Realtor, successfully facilitating communication and negotiations within the real estate sector. Earlier experience includes work as a Lasik Technician at LasikPlus, a Police Cadet with the Austin Police Department Recruiting Unit, and a Business Analyst at QSE Services, Inc. Dawn holds a Bachelor's degree and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University and Austin Community College, respectively.
