Nikki Peapell (Martin) is a seasoned professional in the mental health and wellbeing sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Mental Health & Wellbeing at Therapy Focus since March 2023. Previously, Nikki worked as Area Manager for Youth Alcohol and Other Drug Services at Mission Australia from April 2021 to May 2023 and held the role of National Child Youth Safe Lead for Western Australia, Queensland, and Northern Territory at MercyCare from May 2019 to April 2021. Nikki also contributed to headspace from December 2014 to May 2019, progressing from Manager to Clinical Team Lead and Senior Youth Access Clinician. Early career experiences include roles as an Intern Psychologist at Northland District Health Board and Youth Worker at Otangarei Trust.
