Previously, Wayne held various positions at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc., including Senior Process Engineer and Product Development Scientist, as well as roles at PreCision Dermatology, Inc. as Senior Product Development Engineer. Wayne began a career in research and development at Gillette/Procter & Gamble as a Scientist and Associate Chemist, demonstrating a strong foundation in product development and process engineering throughout a progressive career in CMC.
