Stephanie Magajna has extensive experience in clinical research and scientific roles, currently serving as a Clinical Research Associate at Therapeutics Inc. since August 2010. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with study protocols, maintaining communication with project teams and clinical site staff. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as a Scientist I at EMD Chemicals Inc. (Merck KGaA), where Stephanie transferred assay knowledge and trained analysts. At Baxter Healthcare, as a Research Associate II, Stephanie implemented Lean Six Sigma techniques to enhance scheduling processes, achieving a significant increase in on-time testing completion. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master's in Biotechnology and Chemical Sciences from Roosevelt University, along with a Clinical Research Associate Certificate from The Clinical Research Institute.
