Leslie Sizemore serves as the Associate Vice President for Workforce and Economic Initiatives at the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education since July 2022, with prior roles including Assistant Vice President and Executive Director for Healthcare Workforce Initiatives. Leslie has been President of Theracare Inc. since June 1996, providing therapy services in Southeastern Kentucky. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of the Cumberlands and a District Occupational Therapist for Clay County Public Schools. Leslie's career began at Baptist Regional Medical Center as Director of Occupational Therapy. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands, a Specialist's Degree in Education/Assistive Technology from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University.
