Joe Kolinger is a seasoned Product and Project Management Consultant with extensive experience in founding and leading organizations. As the Founder and CTO of OfficeWork Software, LLC since June 2005, Joe developed the OrgChart brand, focusing on workforce planning solutions to help companies meet their financial objectives. Joe has served as President of Kolinger Associates since August 2001, aiding organizations in navigating change initiatives and technology implementations. Previously, Joe held key roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, IMSI, Kaiser Permanente, AT&T Internet Services, and AT&T/Pacific Bell, where responsibilities included establishing project management frameworks, managing product development, and overseeing financial control initiatives. Joe holds a BA and MA from the University of San Francisco and studied at the American College of Switzerland.
