Willem De Saegher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Willem started their career at Decadance as a Student Worker before moving on to work as a Student Worker at Kinepolis. Willem then worked as a Youth Department Executive at the Municipality of Waasmunster. Following this, they served as a Pedagogical Staff Member at Scouts en Gidsen Vlaanderen. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Ghent University and obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics.
Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, they also attended Ghent University and earned a Master's degree in Pedagogical Sciences, with a focus on Pedagogical and Educational Sciences as their main subject.
In 2008 to 2009, they briefly studied East European Languages and Cultures at Ghent University, where they completed their first year of Bachelor's degree.
Their earlier education includes studying at Sint-Jozef-Klein-Seminarie from 2002 to 2008, where they completed a 6th Year of General Secondary Education, specializing in Latin-Modern Languages.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Willem De Saegher has obtained several certifications in youth work.
