Ceyhun Özgöç started their career in 2012 as a Translator at Locasis, where they completed an internship and continued to work for three more months. Ceyhun was responsible for translating web pages, help pages, and localizing software manuals and UI into Turkish.
In 2013, Ceyhun joined ES Localization Services Ltd. as a Translator and worked on localizing web pages, software manuals, software UI, and various marketing texts into Turkish. Ceyhun worked there as a freelance translator for four years.
In 2014, Ceyhun joined Crewals as a Video Game Translator and Tester. Ceyhun collaborated with game development companies to understand localization needs and requirements and localized video games targeting various platforms from English to Turkish.
In 2017, Ceyhun worked at Loc.Pro as a Translator, specializing in translating marketing texts from leading companies and working on various UI, software, and video game localization projects.
In 2019, Ceyhun began working at THEO Technologies as a Manual Test Engineer, responsible for finding and reporting bugs on the THEOplayer SDK. Ceyhun later transitioned to the role of Technical Support Engineer, where they continued to contribute to perfecting the video experience provided by THEO Technologies.
Ceyhun Özgöç obtained a Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies from Istanbul University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Ümraniye Lisesi from 2005 to 2009, with a focus on Foreign Language.
