Michalis Kolotos serves as the Regional Director of Business Development at Theon Sensors S.A. since December 2016, where the company is recognized as a market leader in night vision systems for military and security applications, with operations spanning multiple countries and over 70,000 systems in service. Prior experience includes roles at Intralot, where Michalis held positions including VP of Business Development for Asia and Finance Director, driving market expansion and revenue generation in challenging environments. Additional experience encompasses strategic planning, proposal development, and military research, supported by a strong academic background with a Ph.D. in Third Generation Mobile Communications from the University of Bradford, where Michalis has also completed MPhil and B.Eng. degrees.
