Guy Smith is an experienced design leader currently serving as Design Director at The Office Group, where responsibilities include shaping engaging workspaces for Fora. Previously, Guy held the position of Chief Creative Officer at Cosu London, focusing on transformative change in workspace and retail environments. Guy also worked as Design Director for EMEA at WeWork, overseeing a team responsible for delivering over 3 million square feet of design output. As Group Design Director at Arcadia Group Ltd, Guy led a team that produced award-winning designs across eight brands and contributed to strategic growth globally. Earlier in career, Guy was Associate Director at Dalziel & Pow, after earning an education from Brunel University London.
