Jaclyn Higgins is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in marine conservation and education. Currently serving as Forage Fish Program Manager at the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership since October 2021, Jaclyn previously held the position of Research Associate at Centro de Experimentacion Pesquera, focusing on Gelidium corneum algae resource management for a master’s thesis. Prior roles include Operations Manager and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor at Bocas Tec Diving, English Second Language Teacher at Future Business Learning, and Teaching Assistant at Dauphin Island Sea Lab. Jaclyn's educational background includes a Master of Science in Marine Conservation from Universidad de Oviedo and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science and Biology from The University of Alabama, complemented by minors in Public Policy Studies and Spanish.
