An Phan has extensive experience in financial planning and cost management, serving at Theodore Alexander since April 1999 in various roles, including Financial Planning Analyst and Cost Manager, where responsibilities included maintaining effective costing systems and initiating improvements through engineering changes. An Phan also held the position of Chief Accountant at TA2 Limited for a brief period in 2006. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Economics University HCMC (1996), a Chief Accountant Certificate from the Ministry of Finance (2007), and audit training from the Ministry of Finance (2000). Currently, An Phan is pursuing a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services at the French Vietnamese School of Management (CFVG).
