William Lee has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Product Manager at Thentia, which they began in February 2023. Before that, they worked as a Product Manager and Consultant at Cognizant Softvision from December 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Product Owner at DAC from August 2020 to December 2021. From March 2016 to July 2020, they served as a Product Manager at First Class Group of Companies. William also worked as a Product Owner at CaseWare International Inc. from July 2017 to June 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Fund Accountant at The Citco Group of Companies from March 2016 to June 2017. Before pursuing a career in product management, they served as an Associate at PwC from May to December 2015. William also has experience as a Co-Founder of Life Waterhouse from September 2013 to December 2014. Furthermore, they worked as an Accountant at Toyota Credit Canada Inc. in 2010 and as a Customer Service Specialist at CDS Global from 2007 to 2009.

William Lee completed their Bachelor of Administrative Studies with Honours in Accounting from York University from 2007 to 2011. In July 2018, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
